This tool allows you to schedule a ‘line item’ which will appear on the users next invoice only. A line item can consist of a debit, or a charge and would be used in such situations as crediting an account as a result of outage or Server side failure, or debiting an account for a new piece of hardware or other such ‘one off’ occurrences.
