Managing Data Items

To manage Data Items you need to go to the Profile Manager tool and click on the Manage data items button.

This will take you to the Manage Data Items page that lists all the data items in the system. Data items exist independently of any specific page.

From this page you can:

Add a new Data Item: click on the Add New Data Item button above the top of the list of Data Items.
Delete a Data Item: select the checkbox(s) next to the data item(s) you wish to delete. Click on the Delete selected Data Items button at the bottom of the list of data items.
Be very careful deleting data items as Jet depends upon certain items existing to function properly.
Edit an existing Data Item: click on the hyper-linked name of the data field you want to edit.
